Had the company replace my roof after a hail storm. They did not do what was in the quote.
Didn’t replace felt. Put old metal ridge caps back on.
Had to have 2nd professional roofer come out to not only to find out that what they did would leave possible flood in the house if we got a large rain but it looked like crap.
Called Frank Garcia to see if he would make it right and pay for the second roofer to replace about $500 worth of repairs due to his employee not completely do the job right the first time and he refused. He did offer to come fix it but after what we have experienced I don’t trust him.
Would not recommend this company for any job!

We hired Frank Garcia to build us a boardwalk out to our concrete patio and to extend our porch and steps. The cost was $3500. This is the email I sent to Frank after my husband calling him. Frank: I know you know that we are very dissatisfied with the work you did for us. I have included pics. We have already had to take up the boardwalk that is next to the concrete deck. you will see in the pics that there was no middle support, so the boards all dipped even when my 12 lb Rat Terrier walked on it. I know my husband called and told you about some of the issues which you said you would come by and make it right. Well I knew that would not happen. I also know you know the kind of work the guy you put over there was doing. Shame on you if you did or even if you didn't. We paid you $3500, that is a hell of a lot of money for the shotty job we got. All the cross boards have only one screw per end, many have come loose and Dean had to add some screws. I cannot believe in good conscious that you would leave and job like that and take the money. We removed all the boards and they are so dipped, we cannot use them and have to go buy more lumber to fix this. Then on top of everything, made yourself several sawhorses out of our lumber and took them. An honest man would not present himself as a Custom Home Builder. We hired you in good faith, paid with hard earned money and now have to fix it so we can walk on it. More money. As seniors we shouldn't have to do that. I really convinced my husband what a good job you would do and now this disaster is on me. You will love the center support for the boardwalk. It looks like a yardstick just laying on the ground with nothing screwed to it. you will also love the nugget piece of wood holding up our entire one side of our deck. I am not only disappointed in the shotty job that you did for us but in you as a person for taking our money, our newly built sawhorses and never looking back.
