They stopped taking my calls, I left messages and texts. no call back. He said that the unit that he installed less than 5 years ago that he had no idea how to fix it and gave up and ghosted me. i have to go with another company to clean up his mess. 0 stars.

The technician, Angel, was prompt, personable and very efficient. He found the issue immediately and fortunately it only needed additional Freon. I am new to the Fresno area so am counting Blessings I found Garcia Heating and Air Conditioning! Thanks.

This company is committing fraud through home warranties. They were assigned to come and fix my AC. The first time they supposedly “identified the problem”, charged me for part of it due to insurance coverage. However, it did not fix the issue. They came again and this time the “issue” was something else. They said they needed to get the work order to be approved to come and fix it. Once the work order was approved, they cancelled my appointment the day before because all of the sudden, they don’t do that type of work. So basically, the problem they “identified” is something they don’t “fix”. This makes it clear that they probably didn’t identify the problem, just reported whatever, and then transferred the work order so they don’t have to deal with it. So here I am, almost a month without AC. This company is very unprofessional. They shouldn’t be in business plain and simple. They are just in for the money.

I would leave 0 stars if I could. They are incompetent and don’t do the job AT ALL. I had to use this company twice through my home warranty and both times they didn’t get the job done. This last time was for my A/C, which went out again the very next day after it was “fixed,” and they still haven’t submitted their report to my home warranty company, and it’s been almost a month since he’s been out!!! He said he changed out the capacitor, I paid another A/C company to come out and to fix it and both capacitors we’re old! They are definitely committing fraud to these home warranty companies.

Would give less if I could. We have been without an air conditioner since Sunday. The owner of our house has a home warranty. The warranty company insists that we use Garcia. We called them every day for 4 days and got no response. We called the warranty company...and by all miracles they answered the phone and scheduled us for today from 12 to 3 pm. My husband have them explicit direction to call us before they came so we would know they were here. At 1:15 pm, I found a business card on the door...no call..and now they can't come back till Monday...never again will we use these people. We are filing a complaint with home warranty company

Such bad customer service. We’re supposed to fix a/c twice. Never showed up. Never called back. Complained to my home warranty company. Leaving as many complaints as I can on any website. Shouldn’t even be in business. Total scam artists. Do not even deal with them. Run as far away from them as you can.

Was sent out through my home warranty they were polite and professional

Last summer this company was in charge of fixing my air conditioner, they did not fix it were rude and kept making me take time off work to meet them to fix the problem but they never were there when they were supposed to. Claimed is was not a problem the warranty covered and would do us a favor and clean it for 100. The owner even laughed at me when I called in to complain. That is when I called Alvarez heating and air who came out after hours fixed the problem the same day as the call and only charged me 75.00.
Now my heater went out and I am still dealing with these idiots whom have been to my house over 11 days ago to look at my heater and have not called me back it is the middle of winter I have two small children both are now sick probably due to the house being so cold. I still have to wait for these idiots to not fix my heater I am getting to the point where I am just going to pay Alvarez again. But this company should not have a license and I will be complaining to BBB as well as the State Contractor's license. I can't believe that this company is still in buisness.
