    Roof replacement
    $4,100

    Started my roof the beginning of July. It still isn't finished. Isaac Garcia the owner had told me multiple times he would come finish it. I've been waiting 5 months. He won't respond to my texts or calls anymore. They asked for payment and said it was done and I believed them. Shouldn't have. Took the money and won't finish it. I have texts and recorded phone calls to show how many times he's said he will come get it done but never shows up. Do not use them. It's been a terrible experience. Black tar is dripping off every edge. Looks terrible and messy. Very unprofessional.

    Replace shingles and replace a pipe

    Contractor was quick to respond with a quote. I accepted proposal and set date for work to be done and paid him half of the total. Contractor did not show up on scheduled date nor contacted me. Following week I called and he said they would be there that week. Again no show, no communication. Called again to get my deposit back at which time they finally went out and did the job - 10 days later from date it was supposed to be done. They did good work - it was just a hassle getting them there.
