    I thought I was a good customer of Gardner Builders. They remodeled my office and did some work at my home. I recommended them to my friends and neighbors. This summer I asked them to look at expanding my office. I paid $2000 for them to come up with some drawings. My plans changed and the work scope was reduced. I called them to see if they could do the work by end of this year. They did not return my phone calls or my emails. However, I kept trying. Again, they never returned my calls. I finally spoke to his wife, Lori. She told me he did not return my calls because I had changed the scope of the project. I asked if they treated their good customers this way, who do they treat their bad customers. No answer. Here I am trying to give them a job and pay them good money and they don't even have the courtesy to call back.

    I would highly recommend you look somewhere else before you contact Garnder Builders.
