Gardner Building & Construction, Inc. has been doing Business in SW Florida for 18 years. we are a small construction company that gives quality work. As the Owner and License holder of the Company I have seen different trends in Construction. We are revamping our model plans for new builds and looking at new subs for Quality work.
Family comes first so please be patient if you are trying to get ahold of us.
We have been doing remodeling since Hurricane Charlie, an eye opener for all of us and a learning experience with the building codes. We take pride in what we do and want to give great service to those who want to add value. With prices the way they are today we are working on budgets to pass them on.

Lori worked on our project for weeks and put up two gutters and rebarb in for concrete. I spoke with her on a number of occasions but to no avail to get the work moving. I finally had to fire her and she would not return any of the monies i had paid her which amounted to thousands of dollars. I would not recommend her for any job.
