I called in October
to have my kitchen done. I called the first number. No one answered. I called the second and a man answered and said he retired and his son took over the business. He gave his son’s number. I called it and left a message. A month passed and still no one returned my call. In late November I called again, spoke with father who was back handling the business now. I explained why I needed, texted the info he requested, said he contact me the next week. He never did. On 12/6 I texted him for a follow up. I saw that he had read the text. He never replied. It would be courteous to just say that he wasn’t interested in the job or was too busy. But to just not answer me and leave me hanging is just downright rude.
