Garofolo came to install my railing a month ago. They had one incorrect part and have never returned to finish the job. I have called several times. I am very annoyed, especially as they were prepaid by a charity. I hope they read this and find that one part and get out here and finish the job.

In 2012 I had 4 outside railing put on at my house and they did a wonderful job. I have no complaints on there work. I would recommend them.
