This man was given money to install a vent in the attic. He put in the staircase then never returned.
He owes me 2000 for the job!!Response from Gary A Hartshorn Contracting August 1, 2022I got your job done. You just wanted me to do more additional vent in a very stiff area and I decided not to do it . It’s not worth of the money is too risky for my men. I didn’t owe you anything! -

This a guy who is not to be trusted. He started the basement finishing in our house in November 2018 and didn’t finish it by now. When we decided to cancel this contract he didn’t return the money he owes us. Don’t ever give him any job. He is not honest guy.

Any contractor will canceled the contract to avoid losing money if customers like you keep changing your plans that wasn’t included originally in the contract. I got worked done equivalent to the amount I received. That’s it!
