This guy is a rip off!! Plain and simple. He installed a new HVAC system in my house, and when it broke he refused to service it. Not only that but this guy's wife had the nerve to tell me "we don't need your business, we have enough business already without yours". If you do business with these guys EXPECT to get ripped off.
