Lincoln Construction / Gary Lincoln is NOT LICENSE with the state of Hawaii. Gary was recommended by our property managerQuam Properties. He remolded our Kitchen and bathroom. In the summer of 2021. We had issues with him and his inability to communicate or return calls. I gave him a list of my wants as far as Koehler sinks an faucet . Whit based granite. Which he didn’t do any of my request that was in the bid contract. We recently visited Maui. check out our condo and it was worse than we ever could have imagined. The cabinets were falling apart and were very poorly made. We will need to redo everything that was done. When I confronted Quam about Gary’s license ,they stated he worked under another contractors License. I spoke with the county of Maui License department and they said that’s impossible.
