We had Gary Creaney Builder build a 2 story kitchen / master bed and bath addition 12 years ago. We have had so many issues with the quality and safety of this build. First of all the professionalism of Gary and his workers was sub-par. Let's just say, the workers were usually drunk by 10 in the morning, (evident by beer bottles in the dumpster). We had to have the roof redone because it was improperly flashed which caused a leak, (more like a waterfall) which began at the junction of the new addition with the old house on the second floor and ran all the way to the basement. A fire started in the outside electric outlet, (the wiring had 2 hot leads going to it). The outlet was coupled with the hard-wired smoke detectors at the box. Since it was not wired properly it kept setting of the smoke detectors. The door frame to the master bedroom is not square by an inch. Every floor squeaks with every step. The taping job had to be redone since it just peeled off. We tried to have his company fix the issues, but they just washed their hand of the requests. Long story short - don't let these guys near your house!
