    We love David! That said, he had a terrible time coming back after the hurricane. He had started our home before hurricane Michael, and afterwords we just could not seem to get traction and the people he had to use to finish the house were criminal! We had to go ahead and move in and struggle with lights flickering, air conditioning not working, cracked paint and wonkie Sprinkler system. After finding out the AC unit was two years old when it got put in, we let David know that we had to spend $10,000 out of our pocket to replace the entire system. Still have not heard from David, but would have liked to see him try to make things right. We still like David and feel he is the best around, but really had hoped he would have honored his work.
