  Remodel bathroom and bedroom floor

  It was a nightmare like living in hell hiring Gary Potter, I would not recommend him to do work for anyone, even if it was a free services he would provide. It would not be a good idea to let him do the work or any work I suggest you run from him.

  Because in the long run you’re gonna have headaches and regrets, and a strong possibility it may end up in court. He speaks a good game, he will show you a beautiful portfolio of his work in my opinion that still needs to be question Mr. Gary Potter he does not follow through with his commitments.

  I hired and paid Gary Potter for a services he did at my formal residence back in 2019, I paid Gary Potter all his money that he and I agreed on, and after I paid him his money, he never came back to finish the job.

  I had to take him to small claims court to get a judgment on him for repaying some of my money back, I won the judgment against Gary Potter in court March 24, 2021

  He did a bathroom for me and he also did a floor in my bedroom, he botched up my bathroom and the bedroom floor he never came back to finish what I had already paid him for.

  I bag anyone who may be consider using Mr. Gary Potter for any services check him out thoroughly first before you exchange any monies. Make sure you have it in writing and or emails I strongly advise emails because emails serve as a legal document.

  Because he will lie and say he did not say this or say that, so to avoid all of the confusion that is why it is very important that all contracts are in writing and he can’t dispute a legal document and please just don't just take his word please.

  I have to emphasize this message as a alert message I beg you guys please, please, please, have your contracts in writing if you’re considering hiring Gary Potter for his services because I do not want anyone out there to go through what I had to go through with Mr. Gary Potter.

  And to all my dear senior citizens or people that may not be able to use the computer or may not have access to emails etc.

  Draw up a contract you sign it and have him sign it and that will protect you in the long run make sure you put everything in writing that you want done, so you are 100% protected , and do not pay until the job is done and completed to your satisfaction.

  Mr. Gary Potter My opinion is unprofessional he’s not a great listener he gets angry very quickly, need some type of anger management classes, and can’t be trusted

  This guy is the worse completely incompetent. He is unprofessional and a scam artist. He tried to charge me a 1000 dollars just to install a ceiling fan. And when job was complete one week later it no longer worked. But he refused to look at it. Wouldn’t recommend him to my worst enemies. I’m looking out for future clients and hope they look the other way when you see this scam artist coming

  Run Electrical line and install outlet and new ceiling fans and light fixture

  He is the worse, I question if work required Permit he said no,,paid him $675.00 to have Electrical line ran, Gary Potter state New line not need, used existing line, after he installed outlets,I starting using area, lights continually went out had to repeatedly reset breaker. Called him to come back and Fix the problem and the excuses started. He refused to fix problem unless I paid Him$400.00 additional and then the threats started. Gary is an African American and so am I a female and he knows most female are not electrically knowledgeable and he know females are easy to takes advantage of. Discovered he and his Partner have a referral scam, he falsely tell you he discovered a problem that he can’t fix; he then offer his partner phone number, the partner inflate the problem that’s expensive to fix you pay referral repairman And since Gary Potter referred the business he become referral contractor and they both make money. Stay clear of his company “ Looking Out Electric” ..be on the look out, the WORSE to do business with.
