Gary took a week to respond to my initial correspondence. Said he would give me quote and never did. Tech showed up and recharged my a/c, the work took about 30 min. I was charged $440... $80 per hour, which includes $80/hr for travel time, and $80 for a "truck" fee. For that price they should have flushed the whole system and repaired whatever caused the low level of coolant. And $80/hour for travel?! That equates to an annual salary of $116,000 for driving. Rip off!!!
