Gary started out doing a great job. But it seemed like he lost interest about 3/4 of the way through and he just suddenly quit and notified us by email. He would not answer calls or texts when we asked for clarification and an explanation. His subs are careless and damaged things in the house and also materials- which we were never given any compensation for. Since he quit- we are noticing a LOT of mistakes that were made. Some of them are major. This is especially frustrating because he is really expensive compared to other contractors we interviewed. He also took a very long time to complete projects. Most days he was gone by 3:00, and on Fridays he left at noon. Wish we had never hired him and hopefully this will keep others from making the same mistake.
