By Karen C.May 1, 2022I purchased a new home from the contractor
Very sorry to read all these reviews late. We too were sold a shotty product by this contractor and his realtor son. There are way too many things to list that are wrong. We have requested that issues be fixed (as they should have been before we moved in) and we are told that my concerns are trivial, they don’t have enough help to pull off of jobs just to address issues at our home. When we requested to purchase a fence and flooring through them, we received a phone call from Gary bullying us and yelling about where he stands, and when he can get to things. The few items they have come to “fix” have never been rectified, and in fact end up creating problems from the “fix”. We have reached out to the Ga state board of contractors, who has suggested that I take the contractor to small claims court.

We purchased our home from Gary Weaver back in 2016. This was a new house in a great neighborhood. The down side to this is our punch list to this day still hasn't been completed. I've left many voicemails because when I call I can't get anyone to answer, they've moved from the office they were in and I've even emailed them many times... All we want is what was signed in our contract to get done. For instance, there's a screen that was ripped before we moved in, we were told it would be replaced, he it is 2022 and nothing has changed...
