Excellent! He installed an AC and Furnace in my home. Later, when the furnace stopped working on a cold evening, he returned my call quickly and troubleshooted it over the phone - it ended up being the thermostat batteries. Gary is very professional, knowedgeable, and courteous, but it is hard to find him because he has no web presence or linkedin profile. I saw his ad on the back of my church bulletin, otherwise I would not have found him. Glad I did!
