I have been in my GRH for 2 years and cannot get a response to the needed warranty work. I was put off in 2020 due to Covid, which I understand, but I have been trying to make contact since May 2021 via emails and phone messages and no one will respond. Terrible customer service now, as it was with the design center in 2019.
