Gary Rubertone is to be avoided; charged us $400 to install $40 parts in 30 minutes of work. Then when we found out from the manufacturer that he installed an insufficiently rated part he got very angry and defensive. We tried to cancel his check but was too late. We had no choice but to look into a civil complaint with the local police. He then left us a threatening message and came to the house when we were not there to remove the part he installed to give his decided refund. Not only does he not know his trade, but he just has a horrible service mentality. We filed a trespassing affidavit to keep him from coming back again unannounced.
