Introduction and start of project was flawless. Things went downhill from there. Ultimately, poor workmanship by his hired subcontractors, cost overruns and finally, he walked off the job before completing. He currently has been paid for more than work performed. Don't be fooled by his initial presentation. Sometimes you are only as good as your contractors and his are horrible!
