New fixtures and equipment installation

STAY AWAY FROM THIS GUY. Gary presents himself well initially. But he did not meet his promises or project's critical deadlines, did not install lights and other electrical devices as required, made a number of installation errors and omissions he refused to correct, and tried to more than double the price of his quote without merit or agreement.
