Had him put a 30 year roof on in 2010. In 2014 it started falling off. He blamed on shingles. My insurance company brought their roof specialist and said the shingles were all nailed wrong (too high) and that the nail gun was set on too high of a setting that the nails blew right from the shingles. Also mentioned a frost barrier was not put down which is a building code. His insurance would not cover a new roof, only if house had been damaged by shingles falling off. Asked Mr. McAfee since we now have to have the entire roof replaced or our homeowners gets dropped would he make some kind of financial settlement as I didn't want to take him to court. Long story but as usual no reply back. Beware and don't use.
