My brand new house had multiple outlets boxes not secured, two electrical shorts and an outside outlet box not glued letting water in switch box. Also, wanted additional electrical items addressed and on multiple occasions he would schedule an appointment and not show up or call.

NO SHOW GUY! Set 2 appointments up with Mr. Wagoner to get a quote on work I want to get done on a property I'm buying. The current owners still reside in the home so not only did I have o take time from my schedule but the house had to be scheduled for availability. Neither time did Mr. Wagoner show up but didn't bother calling and I had to call him to find out he wasn't coming. The second no show he actually had the nerve to say I should have called him the night before to remind him. I thought I was the paying customer not the personal assistant.
