By Karen K.November 2, 2015putu a rail$1,800
I needed a rail in the front of my house. As a small job no one wanted to do it. Gary bid the job at 1800.00$. He told me the railings which were {special cost 280$).
I asked him to email me a break down of this cost. as I had a fence built, a whole fence for less than 1500$.
These special rails were only two and were found in Lowe's for 4.50 a piece. They are simple decorative rails hardly' special or something that needed a special order. This I knew right away.. The total amount of material was less than 50$.
I never heard from Gary again. Then a neighbor did this rail for me and charged 150$ so the whole thing cost me less than 200$ Gary is the type of person who will take advantage of a single elderly . woman on a limited income. He is part of the HVAC mafia of Kittitas county

I'm writing this in regards to Gary Mills of Garys Heating & Construction. We have a Lennox diesel furnace that has served us trouble free for about 53 years until February 2021. We contacted 2 different contractors at separate times & finally the second contractor got it operating to the tune of $3,779.00. The furnace performed until summer & was turned off. In September we tried to resume heating with no response. Called the previous repairman & between being put off for days at a time for all kinds of excuses to finally getting service. The furnace would run for a day & shut off. Kept this up for several weeks & hoped to have heat by Thanksgiving. Didn't Happen! Couldn't get parts was the reason. Cold weather was in the forecast. We were desperate. Had salesmen trying to convince us to change systems. Finally someone told us of a contractor in Cle Elum that was capable of working on diesel furnaces. I called him & he was here within 2 hours. Made repairs that others had experimented with & made out an order for pats. Parts were here in 3 days, as he said, he then called to say he would be right down. He arrived at 10:00a.m. Dec. 24 and had the furnace running by 5:30p.m. Christmas Eve. We rate Garys service as Excellent! He was polite, knowledgable & extremely helpful. We greatly appreciate his quality of service. I now have Garys telephone number on speed dial & highly recommend him.
Respectfully, Erva H
