If I could rate 0 stars I would, this guy Gabriel lied to me and said he would complete my house remodel in 3-4 weeks, he took 12 months!! He lied all the time about why he couldn’t get the house done or have anybody working on my house because he didn’t have money, or because someone owed him money, or he had bad checks bounce back from other customers, he would come up with every lie in the book like family member dying, all his crew catching covid, broken arms , broken fingers, crew got hurt, anything you can think of he’ll say on why his crew couldn’t make it to my house to work. I would never ever hire this company again, if you decide to do so just do some research because I didn’t and it hurt me.

He takes your money, hires subs - doesn't pay anyone and then never completes the work. He is a pathological liar. Makes every excuse under the sun about why he spent your money but can't pay for to get your work done. Owed money from another job, bank won't approve his loan, his son broke his arm, out of town for a funeral - you name it. DO NOT USE THIS GUY.

I DON'T KNOW WHICH "GABRIEL GARZA" AND THE "GARZA BOYZ CONSTRUCTION COMPANY" THE DISATISFIED CUSTOMER FROM ROCKWALL, TX, USED, BUT THE ONE THAT PROVIDED AN INTERIOR/EXTERIOR PAINT SERVICE (ALONG WITH SOME CARPENTRY) DID AN EXCELLENT JOB FOR ME. THE PRICE WAS REASONABLE, THE WORKERS STAYED ON SCHEDULE AND THE FINISHED PROJECT WAS ADMIRABLE. I WOULD RECOMMEND GABRIEL TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY. I'LL BE USING THEM IN THE FUTURE.

5 months ago May 24 2015 rain started to pour into my house ! I called Garza Boyz at 8 pm told them my problem and the very next early morning , one of his employees were on top of my roof doing a patch job .Didn't charge me a dime at that time. A week later the adjuster finally came out,this was during the two week Big Rain! Flooding came damaging thousands of homes." News high lighted Reports" and so it took my insurance company the longest to get me the check.However long story short I had more roof damage than what my insurance company wanted to pay out even with an error on their part with the estimate! Mr. Garza absorbed a huge amount of loss on my end and I am so Grateful for him .He was very patient and assisted us in a very stressful time for this Glenn Heights TX area, and we publicly want to thank him.

Honest, dependable & does good work...I have known & used Garza Boyz for commercial tenant finish out for the last 4 years & been satisfied. Garza Boyz also remodeled the exterior of 2 shopping centers for a landlord client of mine in Arlington & Fort Worth both to the satisfaction of the landlord. I would recommend Garza Boyz for your interior & exterior finish out work.

Gabriel Garza is an unscrupulous contractor. He says all the right things to get your money. As soon as you give him the initial payment, which is a large amount and he demands for it to be cash, he gets sick, ends up at the hospital, has a flat tire, kid gets suspended from school, brother is in the hospital for surgery, and close friend dies. His excuse is, "I really want to be there when my "guys" to do the job at your house and I'm so sick or unavailable, so they can't start." He says he is insured, and bonded. Can you say LIES, LIES, LIES, AND MORE LIES. His worker's comp was cancelled for non payment and he requested a quote for GL and then called his agent back saying he didn't need it. Stay away from this guy and his subcontractor Jesse (Jasus) Fragoso with JR Renovations who sent me a falsified certificate of insurance.

Permits
- Building permit records show that Garza Boyz Construction has worked on 19 permitted projects.
Do not use this guy. He contracts it all out. He does none of the work. Extent of his work is pushing a pencil.
2. They replaced the AC door in my bathroom and Kilz'd it instead of using Real oil based paint & NOW he wants me to buy the paint too
3. They blew insulation into my attic which appeared fine but the installer broke the ladder going up to the attic. It was fine, mind you, although old as house. But he had me pay 1/2 of a new ladder due to his contractor's negligence.
4. He also fed me BS why he couldn't get to my job. He pushed other jobs ahead of mine & continued to do so. He is wacked out & won't wear mask during covid. He didn't believe it was real
5. Had a fence job I needed but he never got back to me. Glad he didn't, Eargon fence did a superior job with outstanding warranty & no upfront money.
6. I gave the 2 stars only to the Contractor who blew in my insulation & the other one who repaired the holes in my garage ceiling. The rest should be 0 ? to gabriel.
DO NOT USE HIM!!! HE ½ ASS JOBS.
