  Provide us with a opening gate

  This is the worst company that our school has ever dealt with and the workmanship is terrible. They do not actually put in what they promise as we said we needed a commercial gate open and it is a house opener. The welding was the worst that a reliable welding company had ever seen. I have had to spend much more getting it done correctly. We are a small non profit school for learning disabilities and they truly took advantage of us. They took our limited funds without giving us the product promised. Do NOT use this company.

  Replace 2 wood gates with vinyl

  Very disappointed at this point. Work was completed in timely manner however after a few months, we started to notice the gate door was hanging. I contacted Cassie and explained the situation as per the contract there is a two year minimum. After several attempts finally received a response that Jesse was out of town on a large project. I understood that but after a month heard nothing and followed back up. Same answer. After a few more weeks Jesse stopped by to check on the gate and recognized that hinges needed to be adjusted and added. However, he has to order the parts. A couple months go by and after multiple follow ups finally told parts were in and they would see when Jesse would be available. Still more outreaches to follow up to when the hinges can be adjusted and nothing. It’s been over 6 months and still no resolution. Extremely disappointed. I’m going to contact business bureau as I have all documentation and text chains to show history.

  Don't Hire they take the money and run after you question them about the quality of the work they perform that doesn't meet basic construction quality standards. Buyer beware they are not licensed fence contractors. Don't use proper materials, use whatever is cheapest and pocket the rest of your material deposit. Landscape timbers are not fence posts, neither are 5/4" deck boards. Have had several other licensed fence companies evaluate the work they performed and everyone of them don't use these materials as they don't last and hold up to years of the Florida sun. Should have used 4x4's and 1x6 for all my fencing. Fear not they don't honor there one year workmanship warranty either. They installed a gate operator on my brand new double gate and drilled multiple holes which doesn't matter operator arm pulled out of the gates after 2 weeks of normal use, they don't even use supplied hardware. I mean how hard is it to follow directions given to you. Don't worry they always have an excuse why they can't show up, either there faulty vehicles don't work and 1 crew member is sick so that shuts down there whole operation. Also be prepared to help them get the job done as they got stuck on my property in the mud not 1 time but 3 separate times in one day. Luckily I had the equipment to pull them out and I wasn't the one getting paid to do the job. Save your money and hire a licensed fence contractor who has real fencing experience and will get the job done right the first time.
