This was the by far the worse experience I have had with anyone. I called them to tell them that I had a leak that they where to fix I have a year warranty on my plumbing as they told me every time I called them his wife Karen had the worse attitude with me for calling for something that they where supposed to have done by the way that my insurance company paid over 10 thousand dollars to fix. The last time she sent some one out to fix another problem that they did not do right she got mad because I told her that another plumber looked at it that I wasted there time I said know if you all would have did it right the first time I would not have to do this so she gets mad and tell me don't ever call them again to fix anything and hand up in my face remind you I have a year warranty so I suppose to call them if anything goes wrong. My advise to any one is don't use them if you want things done right and to respect you very very poor customer service.

If you have owned a house for any length of time. Sooner or later you will need Plumber. Over the last 35 years as a home owner this has come up 6 times. Each time we used a different “highly recommended Plumber”. The first 5 all did a great job, finished on schedule, didn’t charge any extra fees but coming from a military family(and spending 8 years in myself)it’s the little things that made us continue to search for a perfect plumber. Well I have found the one. Gate’s Plumbing. They did all the above and then some. The two technicians came 10 minutes early and listened to exactly what my wife and I in mind. We where upgrading facets and hot tub fixtures. They made a conscious effort touch only with gloves anything in the house. Asked us three times during the process if we had any questions about the changes they made to make them look and work better. When the job was complete there was no trace of them ever being in our home. Not one thing out of place or wet or dirty. These guys are the best!!!
