Re-insulate duct and repair box board
$1,500
I recently had Gatlin heating and air come out to fix my hvac duct work. All i wanted them to do was to repair my box board where the unit connects to the metal vents as it had collapsed on itself and to re-insulate my existing rigid pipe ductwork as there was nothing wrong with it except the insulation was falling off. Gatlin heating and air completely took my ridid pipe ductwork from under my house and replaced it with flexline.. and instead of repairing the box board that connects the unit to the metal vent, they replaced it with flexline as well, leaving rips and unsealed areas so bad that i could literally feel the cold air pouring from under my house simply standing by my unit. They came back to patch up some of the gaps they left unsealed, but my ac still isnt running as efficent as it was when i had it rigged up with tarp until i could afford to get it fixed. Can anyone give me suggestions on what i should do? How can i get my rigid duct pipe back when they should have never taken it to begin with??

install AC
$6,000

This company installed a unit in 2008 with the promise of a 10 year warranty, and only put us in for a 5 year warranty. When we tried to address this, they became defensive and hostile and refused to accept our calls and answer our emails. We are unjustly out $1300 because of this company.
