We are honest and true to our word....but in God we trust and for everyone else there is a contract....Our contracts are very specific and detailed. Our CEO built this company from basically nothing. He understands what hard work is and will never let one of our clients be taken advantage of. One of those examples is that none of our sales people are paid on commission or pressured to sale. The last thing you want is a high pressure salesman invited to your home. All of our estimates are free and after the initial meeting we will only contact you once to give you the estimate unless otherwise instructed to. We know what it is like to give out your number to a salesman and have countless phone calls. We treat you like family...well the good family. Sent the same 3 member non-english speaking crew to put on my roof here just last week. They left the property 5 days ago. Now owner is requesting full pmt of balance due when the job is NOT complete. He refuses to apply for the Final Inspection with the City who issued the building permit at which time he would receive a Certificate of Completion. Red flags are flying NOW!
Do NOT do business with this company. If you have any concern, his adamant stand is pay me in full NOW and then he will address it. Now I'm even more concerned that there are issues well beyond our concerns regarding our roof and Hurricane Season begins in less than 10 days.
Response from Gator Tough General Contractor and Roofing Company Inc March 30, 20184 years later and not one warranty claim from any of the complex’s tentants or even this owner. Guess we do good work? Lifetime roofing is our specialty. Just start an account with this service and saw this. Just to explain we did a whole complex in Destin Florida. Every other homeowner was delighted with the roof but this lady avoided me and was trying not to pay me. Turns out the other owners let me know this was what she did. In fact several other others told me that they despised this lady. The non English speaking comment is a complete lie! Yes they were of Latin background but anyone who does business with me has a work permit or have everything the Federal government requires. The reason this lady was so mad is because the main building official came out and advised the lady to pay because it was one of the better installs that he has seen. For some reason in this industry we have one of these clients every year. The one thing that bothers me the most is the Racist comments. I am hoping that if you are reading this you can see through her lies.

Gator Tough, Andrew Ryan Blanton, was contracted to build a garage in our backyard last year. Every single aspect of working with Gator Tough was horrible.
The problems are too numerous to even list. They range from not showing up at all, not having any materials at all, trying to get by with poor quality materials or throw away materials from another job, taking over 6 months longer to build than was quoted, having poor employees who don't have enough knowledge to construct anything or any supervision to ensure things were done properly. We finally had to pay other contractors for supplies and labor to complete the garage. We heard numerous complaints from Andrew Ryan Blanton's employees that they were having difficulty working on jobs due to lack of supplies and payment. We also had several local companies inform us that they will not do business with him any longer because he is not paying them for the supplies that they provided him. We are currently receiving threats of liens against our property for unpaid trusses despite the fact we paid Gator Tough in full for all materials and labor. Andrew Ryan Blanton is a thief and I would not recommend using Gator Tough for any job.
