    Carport to Garage Conversion
    $20,000

    10 out of 10, would HIGHLY recommend. From the beginning Anthony and his team have been awesome. This was our first big remodel project for a carport to garage conversion, and it has come out looking stunning. After having two other contractors come out to give quotes (which were substantially more), Anthony was the third person to come out and the most affordable out of the three.
    The only thing that took the longest out of the entire process was obtaining the permit from the city, and Anthony was on top of that to help speed things up. As soon as we got the permit Anthony had everything scheduled and started immediately the following week.
    3 weeks later and the entire project is complete.
    It has come out looking better than I imagined, and all of his subs have done outstanding work. Everyone on his team has been really nice and respectful.
    We've even received complements from other neighbors about the quality of work, especially on things like stucco which can be difficult to match.
    I'm forwarding his information to all friends, family, and neighbors in need of services, and whenever we are ready for our next project he will be the first one we call.

    Considered for Bathroom Addition and Remodeling

    Wanted to go with Anthony but he was hospitalized due to a serious illness and we unfortunately hired someone highly disorganized and incompetent. As soon as we did Anthony contacted us and explained but we had already paid the other contractor now since terminated who ran off with $13K with hardly any work done. We now must pursue this with BuildZoom and in court. We have maintained correspondence with Anthony and hope to use him soon in the future if we ever get our money back from Brandon Clark of BAClark Construction.

    Full home custom remodel
    $60,000

    My wife and I hired GB Builders for our whole home custom remodel. We redid the kitchen and master bath, added new walls, laid new flooring, added cat 6 cable in wall, and installed built-ins in an additional 4 rooms. All in it was a $160,000 project for us.
    Working with GB was the best decision we made on the project. They are honest, straight forward, so good work, and most importantly want the customer to be satisfied. As with any construction project not everything goes perfectly and when there was an issue GB was excellent to work with.
    We would recommend GB to those looking for a great honest company, that is willing to go the extra mile. We intend to use them again next time!

    GB Builders were top quality, very professional! I had direct contact with the Project Manager by phone/texts, the responses were timely. The plan for my home remodel was carefully explained, the timetable was faster than I had ever hoped, the quality of work was excellent. Every detail was attended to.
