    Kitchen Remodel
    $1,200

    Gregorio and GC Construction are amazing at that they do. We had them help us with our kitchen remodel (two different occurrences) and they’re both fast and efficient, while providing excellent quality. I highly recommend the GC Construction Team for any home renovation needs!

    Basement / attic remodel

    We spent months working with Gregorio and his team as they remodeled our basement and attic. Throughout the project Gregorio was resourceful, knowledgeable and was respectful to us and our home (we lived and worked at home while the work was done). He was always clear and thorough in explaining his work to us even though we don’t speak the industry jargon. Throughout the project he was able to work-around unexpected obstacles while still meeting budget and keeping us on schedule – a huge plus. He was reliable and communicative (certainly not guaranteed in this business). Best of all, at the end of the project we were super happy with the work he did. Would hire Gregorio and his team again in a heartbeat.

    We have had a great experience with Gregorio and GC Construction. They built a new deck and fence for us, replaced our front and back porch, and replaced our front door. The quality of their work has been excellent and the prices are reasonable. Gregorio is very responsive and always timely. I highly recommend.

    Restain Deck, Rebuild Posts for front porch handrails

    We had a great experience working with Gc Construction. Easy to communicate with. We had our back deck sanded and restained and our front posts replaced. Price was fair and the project was done quickly and looks great! I would highly recommend them!

    New roof and exterior home paint

    Great Contractor

    I am an attorney and I live in Shoreline, Washington. I used GC Construction to put a new roof onto my house, as well as paint the exterior. The work was done very timely, and was only $400 above the estimate, and only because there was portion of the sub roof that needed to be replaced which was unknown at the time of the bid. I was impressed with the high quality of the materials and the craftsmanship on the new roof. I am going to be using GC Construction again.

    What a find

    I have rarely found a contractor who did what he said he would when he said he would. GC construction definitely distinguishes itself. We have used Gregorio's services for many jobs (cabinetry install, countertops, tiling, floor refinishing, painting, drywall, finish carpentry, deck re-hab) and Gregorio has always been timely and on budget. Always punctual for appointments and has worked very long hours to get done when he promised. His obvious pride in his workmanship is apparent, as is his genuine desire to make people around him happy, particularly his customers. The workplace is always tidy and well organized and Gregorio is such a cheerful presence, even when the inevitable thing beyond anyone's control goes a little awry, he's there with a smile, anxious to work to figure out the best solution. Having had a number of really bad experiences, I am very skittish with most contractors, but with Gregorio, I can trust that things will always come out okay. GC construction is a great find. I just hope once more people discover them that they're not too busy for our next projects!

    It was a wonderful experience working with GC Construction. Gregario, the owner, personally worked on various home projects. He was extremely friendly, listened carefully, and spent a great deal of time and energy making sure the projects were completed in a timely manner to our compete personal satisfaction. I would recommend him and his company to anyone who was looking for excellent craftsmanship at a very fair price.

    Various projects

    We have used GC Construction for a variety of projects on our new house and also in prepping our old house for sale and we have been very happy with quality of the work, Gregorio's responsiveness, and price. We had GC Construction do a variety of things for use, including painting, general carpentry, drywall, tile install, general flooring prep and some plumbing as well. We recommended GC Construction to a friend in connection with her family's move and she was pleased as well. We definitely will use GC Construction again and highly recommend them.
