GC Development rating for our project is poor. We would not recommend hiring this contractor for the following reasons: 1) poor workmanship 2)poor follow-up in correcting problems 3) complaints from subcontractors of slow payment 4) Consistently missed building completion schedules resulting in project delays 5) as a result GC development is no longer our contractor.
