Being busy on the computer, I talked briefly with a salesman at the door. He had the office call for an appointment. They called in a few minutes but continued to play 20 questions after I had agreed to an appointment. They wanted answers to questions which did not relate to the job that needed to be estimated. I kept telling him to get back to the point, then finally hung up. They didn't keep the appointment, so I called the office. Here again, he asked questions not related to any appointment or tasks to be done. Then, he insisted that "the little lady" would have to be available for the sales pitch. It turns out that she is very sick, but that is none of their business. So I hung up again. Feeling that such action should be reported to management, I called back to talk with whoever was in charge. The telephone operator said she was. I explained the situation and she argued that that was the way they did business whether I liked it or not.

I am in the process of getting three bids for window replacement. The windows that I am interested in,is, either the Anlin Catalina or, the Monte Verde Bayview. Now, I had researched a dealer in my area on the Anlin website. Anlin only referred me to American Vision Windows (AVW). Well, I wanted to get two more bids. So, with extensive research, I found Everlast. When I scheduled, I had mentioned AVW. to the estimator. I also gave him a copy of the measurements from AVW. Later that day, I received a phone call from Sue Ielome, that she wanted to know why I already had an estimate from AVW. Long story short, Everlast never sent me there bid, even after FIVE phone calls to Sue I. The only Everlasting Memory I have from this co., is, --They are the "LAST" Co. that I would do business with.
