    I hired this men George d green through Buildzoom sight to fixed my uneven floor in the kitchen.We signed the contract back in may 5th, 2017 that i pay half the full amount ahead which was 4500 dollars to fixed the floor. The job supposed to start on the 15th and finished in one week. After a week pass the the job site date,i tried to call him few time but no response.I got lucky that he answer after more day try to call him.He said according to the contract ,that i have to way till he fished another job before fixing my place.I said that i did not see in the contract and he said soon , he will come out .After 2 more weeks, that i asked him and he send someone out to dig 4 litlle holes under the house.By mid july,and nothing being done ,i aked him for the refund.He said ok but it will be in september and charged me 250 dollars for each holes and i ok with that.To make it short, he did not refunded what he still owned me even though i tried to contact him.I went to BBB web site ,saw his name a his two offices addresses.I went checked it but turned out to be people houses and they did not known who was G D Green. I went back to BBB web site today , he already erased those offices location.He the men not to be trusted.

    I would not recommend GD Green as he does not stand by his work. When notified there were some safety issues on how he installed a lower railing on a balcony (secured it to the trim of the column and not into the column itself (trim was attached with 2.5" nail and small amount of adhesive, he did not come to review, removed me from facebook, stopped responding to texts, would not answer his phone, nor respond to voice messages and emails. A certified letter sent to the address on this site was returned saying the address was not valid. He also did not discuss hauling of cabinets from kitchen as part of the bid, and then charged an outrageous price to haul. I had to sub the work out. he also dumped the remaining of mixed cement for installation of fence posts into a corner of the back yard, instead of removing appropriately. he made decisions without consulting the home owner, installed a dishwasher before re-hooking the disposal (which incurred higher electician costs). The cabinets in the kitchen were not level etc, etc. The main thing I most disatified is that he doesn't back his work. He gets paid and then there he goes. I

    To hum it concerns. Columns The Job in question is my companies contract. There is remarks on the Columns cap and base. The contract says 1x8 PVC to be used. Materials are purchased by the home owner at the home owners request. The client delivered yellow pine. I told the client that yellow pine is not a material for exterior use. I also told the client what would happen if they did not paint as soon as it was installed. Railing Railing was installed according to the manufactures instructions. I told the client my concerns with the railing. The top and bottom railing was held to the posts by a small plastic wedge and would not hold up to any abuse. Concrete There was one bag left. it was left in the garage when Job was finished. Cabinets Cabinets was installed correctly and the client was completely satisfied at the time of completion and after the counter tops and tile the client expressed satisfaction. I went by the job to look at what happened. The client did not paint the columns and the yellow pine bent and warped. This movement pulled the the nails. The railing was on second level and could not be inspected. The client is requesting I fix this at my expense. I responded by email that I would come back out, but there will be charges for the repairs. I did everything the client asked and against my recommendations had substandard material that should not of been installed on any home.
