Mi experiencia fue Horrible contrate sus servicios para la legalización de una violación en una propiedad en Agosto 2024 y luego de 9 meses me encuentro en el proceso de cambiar GC y el runner ( persona asignada x el) Alexis Fernandez . Este GC Roger Youssef desaparecieron junto a Alexis fernandez y nunca atendieron al teléfono. Nuestro applicacion expiró x lo cual nos asignan una multa y las correcciones estructurales hechas x el arquitecto nunca las subieron al sistema x lo que desaprobaron aplicación x estructura y aplicación vencida desde octubre( Estamos en Abril 2025) . Ahora estamos en proceso de cambio de GC y runner. Una verguenza no se respeta al cliente . Este trámite llevamos gastado $7000 y aun nos falta una buena parte.
