    Security Cameras

    Not good, used these guys for my security cameras and they had come back to fix some problems but they must have closed down their business as I cannot get them at all anymore. Meanwhile I have faulty cameras that don't work so need to go to plan B I guess. Thanks guys for leaving me high and dry!!

    Customer Service Above and Beyond

    I cannot sing the praises of this small yet dedicated company enough. What excellent customer service above and beyond! My issue began with my I-pad Air. In trying to access my internet through my safari browser I noticed that mysteriously, my browser was no where on any of my home screens. Frustrated, I asked Suri (Apple's talking assistant) to find my safari. Well she brought it up but to my surprise, a message popped up kind of like in a film strip version saying that my safari had a virus and if I wanted to get it removed I needed to call "Apple Support" right away. The message which honestly I thought was coming from Apple Support looked so legit. It gave me an 800 number to call which I immediately dialed of course. Here's the kicker though, so when I called the number, this guy with a noticeable foreign accent answered claiming he was with a third party company that Apple uses and they needed to charge me $29.99 to get this virus off my tablet. Even though alarm bells started going off in my head right away, I still didn't know what to do. These evil people had literally taken over my tablet, infected it with a virus that was showing all sorts of adult websites in the background of my safari browser while that message just stood on my screen telling me to call that number. There was no way I could get it off my tablet. Thankfully I remembered a friend told me about Geek Tech, a local company who as soon as I called them advised me against it and let me know that just as I suspected, this was a scam. They provided me the real Apple support number and gave me directions over the phone on how to fix the issue.. literally walking me through the steps on how to unfreeze that lock these scammers placed on my tablet. They also recommend a Tablet anti-virus protection software which they will be doing for me at a surprisingly very cheap price. Thank you Geek Tech, you save me from who knows how many hundreds of dollars those people could have swindled me out of had they gotten access to my personal information. I will be recommending this company to all my friends and family for sure..

    Excellent computer skills

    My computer kept crashing I couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. I contacted 2 Geek Tech and explained what was happening to my computer. I was explained what the problem may be and was given an estimate of how much it would cost. I was happy to get my computer back and in very good working order and at a reasonable time frame. The price was very good in comparison to a few places I priced it with. Thanks so much guys!

    They are a contractor that listens to their customers, they listened to me and worked with me to provide me with great cameras at a fraction of the price. They provided 1.3 MP cameras new products that are HD and are really affordable. J in Philly.
