Very unprofessional. He just didn't show up multiple times for appointments he scheduled, nor did he call, text, or email to say he wasn't coming. The all of the work he did was unsatisfactory (i.e. toilets still leaking, shower only dispensing lukewarm water while the other shower was skin meltingly hot, and leaving holes in the wall despite the fact that he was contracted to return them to a rough finish. Stay away from this contractor and his company if you value your time and professionalism. Hired by the home warranty company.
