Initially my experience was good, but on our 2nd project with Jim, he's left my front porch railings unfinished and I can't reach him to find out when he'll be back. This is very frustrating. I've paid for the materials but not any labor. I can't understand why he hasn't at least called me.

When we first hired James to do our basement, he was very promising even though he will not show up when he's says he will. It was an 8 weeks long project with a finishing promised date of Aug. 4th 2021. He will come in 1 or 2 days in a week and give excused of been ill and cos its covid period we were not so concern about the tardiness. We pay for parts and labor payment is after that particular work is done. As at aughust 15th he is still no where to completing the work but kept promising he will before the arrival of our guests from UK on the 24th. Come around the 22nd of august he came and we gave him the payments for doors, plumbing parts and paints around $2400 and that was the last we heard from him..No calls and he was not responding to messages,texts or emails.. He disappeared with our money and disappointed us as our guests had to go stay in a hotel for 2 weeks. All effort to get in touch with James Geesey proved abortive up till today May 7th 2022. We contacted the attorney generals office but no response to their notice to him as well. Even the jobs he did prior to him disappearing were all done wrong we had to call another contractor to redo most of his jobs. He disconnected several electrical appliances,left so many openings in the garage walls and and left my whole house with dirty and garbage. He is a wanted person, dubious and distrustful person to say the least.
