To start the frame work was way below the standard. Support beams were not plumb and rafters were not properly installed in brackets nor were the rafters cut to proper lengths. Deck was put down in way too many pieces. Deck was fastened down with 3” nail gun, a trim gun, a staple gun, zink construction screws, and real deck screws. Hand rails were put on pretty much way. The first time it rained the roof leaked in several spots. Had to pay another contractor $500 dollars to fix the leaks. I paid this contractor around $13,000 dollars for around $5,000 worth of work. I do not recommend Geez EZ for any persons project.
