    Horrible. We were lied too on several occasions. One big lie was the ability to turn both directions coming in and out of the neighborhood. Was told they were working on it. Found out later never was in the plan. We can only make a right turn out of the neighborhood and have to go around the block to get back into the neighborhood. My concern is emergency responders having to go around through another neighborhood or having to pass our neighborhood and make a u-turn at the light. How many wasted minutes could that be? They also lied and said they had the model home appraised and it made value only to find out later they did not, and several homes in the area did not appraise at value after going to the selection center. I can't speak for my neighbors who's home did not appraise but I can certainly say we did not do near as many upgrades as the model home has and our home still did not appraise. Also, the home was turned over to me with several unfinished items. Feels like I brought a starter home versus a home worth over a half of million dollars. Everyday I regret selling my other home I paid $240K. It was build much better. I feel the cheapness in the materials used and for that price you shouldn't have to make so many home improvements. Come on, the home is not even 1 year's old yet. Very expensive lesson learned. Bigger and more expensive is not always better. I'm so ready to move on. Thought I was buying my forever home.....NOT. Run and don't look back when you see Gehan homes.

    I would strongly recommend staying away from Gehan builders. Fix your errors on my house lot 32. At least make the effort instead of dismissing my request. When I have more time I will list ALL the issues building with Gehan!!
