I received an oral agreement by their technician who advised I would not be charged more than $500. I received a invoice totaling $1059. When I asked the owner about the amount she was rude and would not honor the amount her employee gave me, because per company rules the employees are not allowed to give pricing. I have never allowed a company to do work without confirming how much I'll be charged. Do not use this company!! Horrible business practice.
