    Household Electric takes care of my rental, no matter what
    needs to be done electrically. Tenet mentioned part of the house, the
    lights were going on and off, the other part was not. H.E. came out and
    troubleshot the house, no problem with he house, must have been a PGE
    situation. They are on time, very polite, very professional and are my "go
    to guys" for anything I need at the rental. I trust them explicitly. Oh
    yes, they also changed some electrical plugs to more updated ones on one
    occasion. They are scheduled to remove the Bakelite box in this 1950's
    home and put in metal boxes to accommodate ceiling fans. I do not have to be
    there at the site, as from previous experience, they are trust worthy and
    will send me their bill (I live out of town)
