We have used Geist Builders several times throughout the last 15+ years. Work is always done in a timely manner, and looks great when it is done. We would definitely recommend Geist Builders, and will use them in the future!

Geist Builders built our home in the Bradford area several years ago. Work was completed in a professional and above par manner from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier!! Thanks to the professionalism and workmanship we now have our dream home!

It has been many years since Geist Builders added a sun room to our home. It has been years of aggravation, costly attempts to repair shoddy workmanship at the least, and improper , poorly designed construction at the worst. The roof started leaking from the onset, and has leaked since, and this is for years now ! I have contracted more roofers than I can count, all to no avail, as the roof was not tied in correctly, and finally, we have to tear the entire structure down, and start over . No foundation was put under the structure, and that has been another issue - trying to keep it from sliding down the hill, away from the house - and so much more - just a nightmare. I haven't even touched on the mess with the chimney and fireplace - oh my, it was just something out of a tv show - and it still leaks also. I would never, ever recommend this contractor. He is affable, friendly, likeable - but you will not be happy, unless he has turned things around in the time that has passed.

Geist Builders replaced my carpeted floor with a brad new hard wood floor. The work was phenomenal. The floor has held up great for the past few years. The people are friendly and respectful of the time schedule that you need it to done. I would definitely choose Geist Builders again in the future if I need any other work done.
