I originally contacted Justin Brewer on May 11, 2021. We scheduled a phone call to take place on May 20th. I provided Justin with details of what we wanted for our inground spa with photos, blueprints of my house, and a draft drawing. Justin stated he would give us a design and quote in 2 weeks. I have spent nearly 2 months trying to get a hold of Brandon via email and phone to which he has been unresponsive. Justin did reply to 1 text stating he would call me in a few days, this never happened. After 3 months I am back to square one looking for other companies to do this project. If Justin was not interested in this job he should have been transparent from the start rather than wasting 3 months of my time. Extremely disappointed with the communication, transparency, and lack of care.
