We were incredibly disappointed with GEM. They proposed replacing the drainage line in the cellar of our Cambridge condo to the city line but they only went as far as the end of the house structure and asked for another $9000 to take it the rest of the way to the city line. Further, the line replacement took out the cellar drain and that was wholly unexpected. There was no written estimate for the work. Just when you think it wouldn't get worse, the customer service line promises a call back (four times) from a "project resource" and the call backs never come, leaving us in the dark.
