We contracted with Gemini for a retaining wall project in March, to be completed by the end of the month. After charging us for a 50% deposit and an additional $2500 fee for supplies, work was delayed until June. We had to reach out several times to get the work scheduled. This would not have been a major issue, as delays do happen. However, in June, it seems they never ordered the new stone, and they failed to show up on the scheduled date. After several emails to them, they agreed to a refund (though they wanted to be compensated for their time). They have not sent and are now avoiding us and non-responsive to calls, emails or texts. We have no choice now but to report them to the police for theft.
