Highly recommended. We had a plumbing/heating emergency where the whole house flooded. They painstakingly took the whole day, finding 14 leaks in the piping. Very prompt, very professional bearing, and got the job done.

    Whole house renovation

Stay away from these nasty men. I had used their services for a rental property I own because it was easy, big mistake. I used them for a whole house renovation job that required construction, plumbing and heating services and since they're licensed I hired them.
    Here's how it turned out.
    1. The roof they installed leaked the first year and I found out it was not installed up to code. That was confirmed with pictures and tearing off the tar paper that was used instead of ice and water protection.
    2. The porcelain tiles they installed in the kitchen are 80% cracked because they installed directly on plywood.
    3. The combo heat and hot water furnace they installed stopped working in 2 zones ( the year they installed it) and was leaking in one zone. I had an authorized seller/services repair it and his very first comment when he saw the job they did is: " Who installed this? Kids?"
    4. I purchased tiles for bathrooms, kitchen, family room and entrances. They took every piece of left over tile leaving me with no back up for repairs. Thieves.
    5. They told me on day one they were going to install Anderson Window 400 series. They purchased cheap , crappy windows and started installing them. We stopped them, they took them out and told me if I pay for the new windows $12,500.00 again, they will remove the casement windows , use them for other jobs and repay me as they use them. Didn't happen.
    6. The grout throughout the house is mismatched colors and not sealed so it's coming out and stained because it's porous.
    7. They used screws on one deck and then nails on the other.
    8. The wood siding is falling off the house and we now see that the stain that was supposed to cover both sides doesn't so the wood is warping.
    9. The gutters are positioned so the water goes directly into the sliding glass door in the kitchen.
    10. The entrance doors are all installed improperly too. The dogs water bowl that's 8 inches away from the kitchen sliding door freezes in the winter.
    11. Every single room they painted is a joke. The paint doesn't reach the ceilings. I have pix to prove everything I'm saying.
    12. The support beams they installed in the basement are installed incorrectly, confirmed by an architect, the house is sinking and doors are not shutting properly.
    13. The kitchen cabinet draws won't close properly now because of the way they installed the floor tiles and the way they positioned the support beams below.
    14. I can go on, there's more for another time.
