    When I sought a firm to remove and replace our asphalt shingle roof, I had the usual checklist of concerns: - I wanted the price to be reasonable - I needed the quality of the product to be superior - I needed to accommodate a close jittery neighbor with careful clean-up - I needed a clear, tight work schedule - I needed a professional I could communicate with to discuss several options that were important to us (full-roof underlayment with Water @ Ice Shield, and installation of a new sun tube and skylight). All of my expectations were met or exceeded by Pedro Correia and the workers at Gemini Home Improvement. Their bid was very competitive, timely and crystal clear as to the scope of the work to be accomplished. Negotiations about the custom additions we wanted were open and easy, with clear costs agreed to quickly. The amount we agreed to was the amount we were charged at work's completion. The crew worked hard and put in long days. They were fastidious in keeping the entire worksite clean, and did magnetized sweeps for nails regularly to prevent flat tires in our neighbors' driveway and in ours, and on the public street . The quality of the job done is outstanding. Quality materials were used. The work was finished in a very reasonable time frame, and a short punch list was addressed willingly and cheerfully. Only after all the work was done pedro did ask for the final payment. In summary, I recommend this company with enthusiasm. They are honest, earnest and dedicated to quality service and customer satisfaction. I am very happy that we did business with them.
