This business was hired to inspect our roof for a new home we were buying. Not sure if he's actually a roofer, but that's what he was hired to do by the seller of the house and apparently what he agreed to do. Well he was asked to give special attention to an area our home inspector thought looked like water damage. He looked and said no rotted wood, no mold. Then noted that he put some paint on the basement walls. Well, turns out there was water damage and a roof leak in the spot he "inspected". Seems pretty shady to agree to inspect a roof if you are a painter and not a roofer. Be careful working with this business. Seems honesty is not top on their list.
