I hired General Carpentry & Home Repair to replace a tile floor in the bathroom. Many of the tiles that were cut were chipped and filled in with wood putty. Tiles around door way trim were terrible. One tile wasn't properly glued in and all the grout chipped out within a few days. Jordan came back to try to repair; used a different color grout, and where he replaced chipped tile around door trim, just cut a square (instead of counter sinking under trim or cutting to trim) and filing in the rest with grout. In general, Jordan is responsive and polite; but if tiling is part of your job, he is not your person.

Jordan replaced 3 Railroad tie window bay egress‘ for us. Two day job took two days. Wife and I extremely pleased with the results. Would recommend him to anyone!
